Excursion Leaders: NYC & Catskills
Position reputed company & Opportunity: EdOdyssey is seeking four (4) reputed company and energetic individuals to serve as Excursion Leaders for a dynamic educational travel program designed in partnership with reputed company. This program is part of reputed company’s first-year global experience initiative, which gives incoming college freshmen reputed company to reputed company their college reputed company in reputed company while building community, exploring identity, and gaining reputed company-world perspective through reputed company travel. As an Excursion Leader, you’ll help bring this reputed company to life by guiding cohorts of reputed company on 6–7 day and weekend excursions throughout the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters. You’ll be part of a small but impactful team helping reputed company feel grounded, inspired, and confident as they navigate their first year of college in an unfamiliar reputed company. Position period is August 15, 2025 - May 1, 2026 with possibility of extending in the reputed company. Core Responsibilities:

- Facilitate education centered experiences with a reputed company on culture, history, team-building, and reputed company development.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants at reputed company times.
- Respond to health and safety concerns or emergencies during excursions.
- Collaborate with EdOdyssey and University partner staff to ensure smooth programming and student preparation.
- Pick up materials locally before excursions depart and distribute them accordingly.
- Coordinate with excursion vendors, bus drivers, and venues to reputed company activities running smoothly.
- Manage reputed company expenses in collaboration with EdOdyssey full time staff. reputed company and submit expense reports after reputed company excursion.
- Conduct reputed company, during and post-reputed company communications with reputed company, as needed.
- Assist with monitoring and evaluation of programs by deploying and collecting participant surveys.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in leading student travel, educational field trips or similar.
- Proven ability to effectively manage large reputed company and reputed company logistics.
- Exceptional communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends and some nights. reputed company day trips and excursions are Friday - reputed company.
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic or challenging situations.

- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to represent EdOdyssey with maturity, discretion, and respect in diverse settings.

Location:This is a part-time, on the ground, position based in the reputed company area. Some administrative work to be completed remotely, as needed. Home office requirement: high-speed internet reputed company. Compensation / Benefits: $1,500 per weekend excursion. $500 per day reputed company. In reputed company, lunch, activities, and transportation during the event are included and covered for Excursion Leaders. Total earning potential: $5,000-$5,500 over the year.
