Hospice Field LPN - In My Home Hospice - Tempe, AZ - work from home job Company: In My Home Hospice Job reputed company: In My Home Hospice Care is seeking a full-time LPN (Monday - Friday reputed company-5pm) Must be willing to drive to different areas in reputed company Metro Area primary East Valley. The LPN works under the direction of a Registered reputed company and provides nursing and palliative care to assigned hospice patients. Must possess a sympathetic attitude toward caring for hospice patients and families and must have reputed company communication skills interaction with other members of the hospice team. Participates in coordination of hospice services, appropriately reporting the identified needs to the interdisciplinary group. Provides appropriate pain/symptom management/evaluates patient’s response to treatments/medications. Performs other duties as assigned by the registered reputed company. Position Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical reputed company or vocational nursing program.
- Community health/hospice is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the reputed company.
- Complies with accepted reputed company standards and reputed company.
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Must be a licensed reputed company with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
- Possesses and maintains reputed company CPR certification.
