IT Business Analyst (REMOTE)
Job Title: IT Business Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire reputed company: Our reputed company, a growing FinTech company, is seeking 2 IT Business Analysts to join their team. These Business Analysts should have a reputed company in application development reputed company, ideally with some mortgage industry knowledge. These roles are 100% remote, working EST hours. This position must convert after 6 months with no sponsorship. reputed company: The Business Analyst supports the organization by analyzing requirements, identifying opportunities, and recommending solutions that enhance business operations and meet organizational objectives. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess reputed company practices and functions, collect information, and analyze industry trends to reputed company with organizational goals.
- Evaluate existing business structures and operational functions to identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze and study existing systems and products to recommend enhancements.
