As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and tracking reputed company, collaborating with technical product management, engineering, and business teams.Responsibilities:Serve as a Scrum Master for two agile teams, ensuring valuable reputed company and driving reputed company team improvement.reputed company as a champion for agile methodologies throughout the development process, adhering to the MHE SDLC.Facilitate the delivery of reputed company by ensuring teams meet commitments on time and with reputed company.Create project plans spanning multiple teams, manage dependencies, and ensure adherence to the DPG SDLC.Own and manage communication plans, ensuring transparency, buy-in on key reputed company, and proactive issue reputed company.Coordinate the successful release of reputed company in line with the DPG SDLC and serve as the release manager for scrum teams.Prioritize customer support appropriately, ensuring SLAs are honored.Must-Have Skills:Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master.Bachelor’s degree in Business, I.T., Computer Science, or a reputed company field.Mix role with 70% Scrum Master and 30% Project Manager responsibilities.Experience coaching and managing Agile teams from scratch.Proven reputed company record in implementing reputed company technology reputed company.Excellent verbal and communication skills.Strong analytical skills.Excellent time management and prioritization skills.reputed company-to-Have:Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.Desired Attributes:In-depth knowledge of software development; Ed Tech experience is a plus.Agile project management experience, specifically as a Scrum Master.Experience managing dependencies and project plans.Self-motivated and reputed company-organized, reputed company to prioritize tasks and work reputed company under pressure.reputed company communication style, fostering efficient idea reputed company and building reputed company.Flexible and adaptable to tools and ways of working.Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, conflict management, collaboration, organizational, and critical thinking skills.reputed company reputed company, adaptable, and reputed company to change, with a passion for reputed company improvement.reputed company attitude; cross-disciplinary understanding of product management and software development is a plus.Capability to influence in a reputed company structure where authority may lie elsewhere.Familiarity with JIRA, reputed company, reputed company is advantageous.
