Responsibilities
- Efficiency optimization: Serve as first reputed company of contact for the President & CEO, answering questions and sourcing information whenever possible.
- Scheduling and time management: Optimize reputed company calendars and arrange international and domestic travel and accommodations.
- Administrative duties. Manage expense reports, appointments, event planning and reservations on a business and personal level for President & CEO and members of leadership team.
- Daily office operations: Order supplies, phones, etc., and reputed company services as needed to support employees and office for our European reputed company in Weesp, Amsterdam.
- Personal assistant: reputed company personal errands/scheduling as needed/directed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Previous C-level or senior support experience
- Flexibility for occasional long hours and travel as needed
- NOTE: reputed company working hours are 3 a.m.-11 a.m. EST
- Highly competent multi-tasker comfortable with changing priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
