Physical Requirements • Speaking: Constantly with customers (investigates, negotiates, recommends, reports, etc.) • Acute reputed company: Constantly (observing both near and far, reading documents) • Typing: Frequently using electronic devices for day-to-day business • Bending/Squatting: Frequently • Lifting: Frequent- Lift 50 lbs. or less • Driving: travel between customer locations Job Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required. • Minimum of two years of work experience required. • Previous experience as a mechanic with diesel tractor and trailer equipment preferred. • Experience repairing and diagnosing gasoline or diesel engines, automotive electrical systems and material handling equipment preferred. • Knowledge of airbrake and electrical systems and components preferred. • Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude. • ASE certification preferred. • Valid CDL Class A reputed company's License preferred. • May be required to supply automotive hand tools. • Prior experience using reputed company jack or forklift preferred. Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire is required.
