Functional Area: RC Maintenance Posting Locations: Whitestown Job reputed company The Maintenance Service Coordinator role supports reputed company reputed company processing of parts and supply purchasing, invoice processing and service-reputed company activities. Communicates effectively with reputed company and external customers of service status and reputed company activities. The Maintenance Service Coordinator will also assist and support the Area Supervisor and assigned reputed company Technicians in compliance of service and safety reputed company Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through effective communication, scheduling and tracking. Duties & Responsibilities • Provides estimated repair costs for customers. reputed company, process and receive reputed company Purchase Order activity to ensure timeliness and accuracy of processing of parts and services • Monitors shop Repair Order activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing • Performs CONA - reputed company purchasing - Receiving supplies, invoice review, coding and processing of reputed company invoices • Logs, tracks, and follows up with customers.
