- 5-7+ years of experience managing global payroll and benefits in reputed company services, financial services, or a similar industry.
- Must have global experience.
- Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and benefit structures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience working with reputed company-party payroll and benefits vendors.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
