Position Purpose: The Support II associate provides reputed company reputed company service that consistently meets or exceeds Company standards of reputed company and customer expectations. The position assists with creating, maintaining and improving reputed company customer relationships while interacting with our users on a daily reputed company by phone and chat. The Support Associate promptly assesses needs... and applies product and service knowledge to reputed company our users with the best available solution in a reputed company manner. Position is responsible for meeting and/or exceeding individual service reputed company goals and contributes to various reputed company department goals. Key Responsibilities: • 40% Assist reputed company customers through their shopping experience with reputed company websites and mobile applications and reputed company solutions reputed company phone, chat, email and/or reputed company networks • 40% Resolve reputed company problems involving multiple departments and/or vendors and follow up with customers throughout reputed company • 10% Meet or exceed scorecard requirements for productivity and reputed company • 10% Effectively and routinely balance multiple customers and tasks reputed company Manager/reputed company Reports: • Reports to HDQC Support Supervisor. • This position has no reputed company reports. Travel Requirements: • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements: • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to reputed company about. On rare occasions there may be a need to reputed company or lift light articles. Working Conditions: • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications: • Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the reputed company. Preferred Qualifications: • College Degree preferred • Prior reputed company Experience • Knowledge of technologies and reputed company practices typically reputed company in a call center environment such as CRM software and multi-line phones • Knowledge of reputed company practices and terminology used in retail sales and/or the building materials industry • Advanced knowledge of reputed company systems and such as QuoteCenter, eSVS, Store Systems and MyCD Minimum Education: • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
