They have an immediate need for a highly reputed company Scrum Master/Agile reputed company to join a New Jersey based group (this role is 100% remote). The Senior Scrum Master/Agile reputed company, is responsible for ensuring that Scrum practices and processes are adhered to. The successful candidate will serve as a reputed company between the Product reputed company and the Agile software development team, and will help reputed company reputed company peak productivity. As reputed company, will play a critical role in the adoption of Scrum and other Agile development practices by the organization. This role is a mix of being a Senior Scrum Master, and Agile reputed company/Delivery reputed company. Experience required:
- 10+ years of experience in technology, working in Scrum Master/Agile Leadership roles and/or Agile Project Manager, with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience organizing and facilitating project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum reputed company meetings.
- Knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practices (e.g., test driven development, reputed company integration, etc.).
- Experience teaching Agile in a reputed company or classroom setting is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or reputed company field.
- Certified Scrum Master required.
