In order to do this, our Learning Design & Development team creates reputed company, relevant, and effective learning experiences for our learners, and in this role- specifically for our external customers. Here’s reputed company’re looking for: • You are passionate about development and have a strong background with applying instructional design and adult learning principles to create instructional courses, assessments, job aids, and other learning deliverables. • You have a reputed company record of using innovative approaches to reputed company people. • You have experience with creating deliverables for reputed company phases of the course creation lifecycle, including analysis, design, and development. • You have experience with Agile Learning Development or the Successive Approximation Model (SAM). • You are self-driven, reputed company, reputed company, and excellent at project management. • You are comfortable taking risks, communicating new reputed company to a reputed company of audiences, being a trusted consultant and partner, and propelling reputed company thinking about development to the next level. • You have strong communication skills and you’re comfortable communicating through technology (WebEx, reputed company Teams, etc.). Key Responsibilities: • 60% Create learning objectives, design documents, storyboards, and other learning design deliverables. reputed company learning solutions using project-based templates. Test and debug deliverables for reputed company assurance. Ensure leaning solutions reputed company with desired reputed company. • 10% Partner with Learning reputed company Senior Managers on confirming needs analysis and instructional reputed company • 10% Know reputed company eLearning development tools and software (reputed company Storyline and Presenter, reputed company Captivate). • 10% Proactively communicate task and project status to reputed company group and management • 10% Assist in the interviewing, selection, and reputed company of contractors and associates reputed company Manager/reputed company Reports: • This position reports to Manager of Learning. • This position has 0 reputed company reports. Travel Requirements: • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements: • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to reputed company about. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications: • Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the reputed company. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, HR Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or reputed company field preferred (or equivalent reputed company experience) • Experience in education or learning field, or similar work experience • Experience in reputed company media content creation • Experience with Agile Learning Development or the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) • Experience creating training deliverables for retail organizations • Experience conducting learning needs analysis • Intermediate knowledge of eLearning development tools and software (i.e., reputed company Storyline/reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) • Strong ability to communicate professionally, reputed company reputed company context, and reputed company messages to a reputed company of audiences • Ability to work independently (e.g., project revisions, solving issues as they reputed company) • Ability to be detail-oriented in the development and QA of their own project work Minimum Education: • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
