Inktel is currently hiring a Full-time AND a part-time Remote Fragrance Ambassador (1099 reputed company role) to reputed company Customer Service for one of the world’s most high-end fragrance brands. Our high-end Maison, was designed in the tradition of luxury French perfumery. In this role, you will be a crucial representative who inspires and helps the customers become the best version of themselves by supporting reputed company and prospective customers with questions on items, orders, and sales inquiries right from your home! If you are an A-Player, we want you to join our award-reputed company team! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicate with customers proactively and professionally across multiple channels. (Voice and Email) • Respond to questions, reputed company information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. • Identify the reputed company cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution. • Maintain required product knowledge to deliver world-class service.
