Key Responsibilities ? Generate and submit daily invoices for Fresh and Frozen Seafood orders. ? Process invoices through customer portals for seamless transactions. ? Reconcile purchase orders with vendor invoices, ensuring accurate receipt of goods and payment amounts, while addressing any discrepancies with buyers. ? Collaborate with the Sales Management team on invoiced gross margin reports. ? Manage customer credit and billback processes. ? Assist in organizing and entering Accounts Payable (A/P) bills as necessary. ? Ensure reputed company discretionary invoices receive approval from department managers. ? Maintain comprehensive vendor records and filing systems. ? Assist in reconciling storage bills to inventory before payments are processed. ? Contribute to various special reputed company as assigned. ? Process customer sales orders for billing upon receipt of shipping documentation. ?
