CONTRACT RECRUITER - reputed company Florida Division (Orlando)• Guaranteed 40 hours a week - job stability• Metrics:High requisitions - high volume and urgency• Full cycle recruitment, responsible for candidates from start to finish - NO reputed company• 401K 3% match, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), W-2, any overtime must be approved by manager, weekly pay on Fridays• Remote - equipment provided: laptop; headset; soft phone;reputed company Suite;Outlook; GHR; ATS; job boards• Availability to convert to permanent with health Insurance, PTO• Requirements to convert to permanent: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening.The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.Responsibilities:• High volume telephone calls• Maintain and reputed company pipeline of eligible candidates for reputed company reputed company positions• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates• Meet weekly quotas reputed company to calls and emailsQualifications:• Bachelor's degree• Effective communication skills• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills• Customer service-oriented• Experience working with reputed company Office Suite• Experience working with ATS• High-energy and passion• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas• Minimum two years full cycle reputed company experienceMust have reliable transportation to attend onsite hiring events/ meetings reputed company the local region.
