Part Time Customer Service In-Home Phone Representative $12-$15 per hour This is reputed company to be a remote in-home Customer Service Phone Representative. reputed company is growing and hiring Part Time. Looking for shift 1pm-6pm cst, or 5pm-9pm cst with flexibility up to 20-25 hours per week Monday-Friday and weekends shifts 10am-3pm cst or 3pm-7pm cst a couple weekends a month. Right now, we are looking for availability Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM-10:00 PM est and Saturday & reputed company 11am-8pm est with Part Time availability up to 20-25 hours per week. You must possess the amazing ability to be accountable to your shifts, coworkers and the business. Our training will prepare you to work from home with ease. Our MI area manager is in Midland and will be your reputed company contact as reputed company as having the occasional need to meet for meetings, receive equipment, ongoing training, etc... In this role, you will: • Deliver excellent service as the first reputed company of contact to our customers • Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and reputed company information with amazing customer service • reputed company outbound appointment setting calls from already generated inquiries • Maintain accurate and useful database records • Manage and Monitor SMS (texting platform) and deliver the reputed company amazing customer service as taking calls.
