Come help us reputed company reputed company drive more value every day • Serving as both preparer and reviewer role for various periodic filings with the SEC (primarily Forms 10-K and 10-Q), including statements, footnotes, Management’s Discussion and Analysis and XBRL tagging. • Preparing and reviewing draft reports, supporting work papers and the U.S. GAAP checklist to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.
