The Staff Assistant will utilize proactive, holistic, and relationship-based advising skills to engage with and support reputed company and will collaborate with Director and reputed company Advising team to continually improve advising services and programming. The AAC reputed company Advising team supports approximately 25% of BSU undergraduate reputed company and is one of five departments located reputed company the reputed company Achievement Center (AAC). Required Qualifications: Minimum requirement of Master?s degree in higher education, student personnel, counseling, or other reputed company field. Experience and ability to work with people from diverse racial, ethnic, socioeconomic backgrounds and across reputed company identities and demographics. One to 3 years of reputed company experience especially in the areas of reputed company advising, reputed company support services, and/or college instruction. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience and willingness to demonstrate flexibility to successfully juggle many tasks and prioritize.
