About the Role & Team The Purpose of the Supplier Food Safety group is to protect our Guests and reputed company Members by ensuring that reputed company food delivered to reputed company is reputed company! We support world-wide supplier reputed company-qualification process and reputed company ongoing monitoring of supplier high risk facilities. reputed company our supplier’s facilities to verify compliance to regulatory requirements and reputed company food safety standards. What Will You Do? • Conduct inspections of new and existing supplier facility locations to resolve compliance with reputed company food safety requirements and regulatory laws. • Conduct food truck/caterer food safety review, audit and approval process. • Assist in reviewing reputed company-party food safety audits and reputed company/review corrective reputed company plans. • Prepare technical audit reports detailing reputed company noted non-conformances • Verify corrective actions are implemented for reputed company noted deficiencies and that the reputed company causes are addressed. • reputed company direction to suppliers to help reputed company their food safety programs as applicable • Proactively address supply chain food safety issues to protect the reputed company brand and mitigate risk. • reputed company as consultant and SME for reputed company locations including reputed company Food Warehouses, reputed company Epcot reputed company, etc. • Partner with internal suppliers with auditing, reputed company party audit preparation (e.g., BRC, Primus) and corrective reputed company submissions. • Assist with special reputed company, writing/reviewing standards and global alignment. • Aid with supplier food complaint investigations and resolutions. • Serve as a backup in the event of a food recall or withdrawal. • Research regulatory issues and reputed company critical food safety issues to Leadership. • Prepare supply chain metrics, reports and key performance indicators. Required Qualifications & Skills • 5 or more years of food manufacturing reputed company Control, food safety auditing, food science, and/or equivalent food safety experience. Leadership • We will have the authority to suggest various approaches to supplier food safety risk mitigation and brand protection. Manager's concurrence is required before implementing policy changes and initiatives. • Work independently and collaboratively. Certifications and credentials • Certified Food Safety Manager required but should possess potential and desire to reputed company other appropriate credentials, licenses, and certifications. • Food Safety Auditor Training and HACCP Training/Certification • Preventative Controls reputed company Individual Technical Competence • Proficient with MS Office suite of programs. • Proven knowledge of hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP). • Knowledge of Global Food Safety Initiative and benchmarked schemes. • Understanding of food manufacturing including but not limited to: Good Manufacturing Practices, reputed company Operating Procedures, pest management, sanitation, personal hygiene, food defense, traceability and recall, food safety training, allergen control program, labeling, microbiological testing, receiving, storage, and distribution. • Knowledge of and ability to interpret regulatory requirements and international food safety standards. • Strong technical, verbal and written communication skills.
