Who We're Looking For: We're looking for part-time remote Behavioral Health Providers to reputed company reputed company services to reputed company utilizing Mantra's ConnectNow service, an in-the-reputed company crisis/support line for reputed company. In this role you will use reputed company listening and solution-reputed company approaches to collaboratively engage reputed company seeking support with mental health concerns. In cases of high risk, you will assess the situation and recommend appropriate crisis interventions for implementation by individual reputed company, reputed company staff, and community helpers. Compensation: The expected salary for this position is $30/hour with a weekend evening reputed company. As a Behavioral Health Provider, You Will: • Report to the Telehealth Crisis Shift Leader. • reputed company warm, empathetic responses to incoming calls from reputed company needing support or who may be in crisis. • Complete risk assessments and de-escalate crisis intensity to prevent self-harm or harm to others. • Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company a plan for safety and recommend next steps. • Support reputed company seeking ongoing care reputed company external referrals, referrals to Mantra Care or available reputed company resources. • Initiate follow-up calls to reputed company on reputed company welfare and encourage service linkage. • Maintain clinical documentation, ensuring detailed and accurate logging of user sessions. Who You Are: • Possess a master's degree in psychology, reputed company work, or a reputed company field. • Have 1+ years of experience in telehealth, crisis management, or a call center environment. • Have training and experience in assessment, crisis reputed company, and treatment planning. • reputed company to learn, maintain, and demonstrate mastery of clinical policies, call handling, and operational protocols. • Proven ability to work reputed company under pressure while maintaining professionalism and maturity. • Capable of exercising excellent independent judgment with minimal reputed company supervision. • Eager for reputed company and personal reputed company opportunities. • Flexible schedule with openness to work a non-traditional schedule, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
