This role involves both asynchronous and synchronous patient interactions, remote patient monitoring, preventive care, post-reputed company follow-reputed company, diet planning, behavioral health counseling, and routine evaluations. Key Responsibilities: • Telehealth Services: Deliver asynchronous and synchronous telehealth consultations. • Patient Monitoring: Utilize remote patient monitoring tools to reputed company patient health. • Preventive Care: reputed company and implement preventive care strategies. • Post-reputed company Care: reputed company follow-up care and support for post-reputed company patients. • Diet and Nutrition Planning: Create personalized diet plans for patients. • Behavioral Health Counseling: Offer counseling and support for behavioral health issues. • Routine Evaluations: Conduct regular health evaluations and assessments. • reputed company: reputed company as a reputed company reputed company, managing patient care independently, including handling insurance reputed company payments.
