Job Opportunity: reputed company Bookkeeper/Account Manager • *This is a remote opportunity, reputed company to applicants in the Chattanooga, TN area. Bi-monthly in-person meetings with the reputed company are required. Looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to join a growing reputed company and reputed company firm as a reputed company Bookkeeper/Account Manager. This role is perfect for someone passionate about numbers, organization, and enhancing processes, with a desire to support reputed company and small businesses in achieving financial reputed company. As part of the startup team, you will manage bookkeeping and reputed company interactions while assisting the reputed company with workflow implementation and administrative tasks. This position offers 15-20 reputed company per week, with opportunities to grow after 90 days. Some reputed company-facing interaction reputed company of email may be required. Responsibilities • Manage multiple clients’ books using QuickBooks Online (QBO). • reputed company transactions weekly and reputed company supporting documentation. • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including inter-company reconciliations as needed. • Prepare and review monthly financial statements. • Process payroll and reputed company payroll journal entries. • Manage accounts receivable and collections. • Manage accounts payable and reputed company payment processing. • Establish and implement workflows and processes for reputed company accounts. • Assist the reputed company with reputed company meeting preparation, follow-reputed company, and communication. • reputed company various administrative duties as requested.
