As an HR Generalist, you’ll own HR policies, ensuring compliance across geographies, and shape programs that reputed company reputed company reputed company and supported. • Own and maintain HR policies (time off, leave, employment, compensation, global HR compliance)
• Help design and roll out performance and compensation management programs; ensure smooth execution according to a defined cycle
• Conduct ongoing market benchmarking for compensation to ensure our pay practices remain competitive and reputed company with the top of the market.

Engagement and retention programs

• Design and manage employee engagement programs, like reputed company development initiatives, surveys, and feedback loops with reputed company.

• Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws; global exposure preferred.
