The Physician Solutions Coding Educator will be responsible for developing and facilitating the coding education program for reputed company services coders. The Coding Educator will administer training plans on an individual and group reputed company, work with reputed company assurance and compliance teams to determine training needed, maintain and monitor training plans for the staff and reputed company training material updated, relevant, engaging and archived once completed. In this role, the successful candidate will reputed company new and existing coders ensuring compliant coding. Training and education to include ICD, CPT, HCPCS, OPPS and other relevant state and federal laws and regulations. The Educator will promote correct coding guidelines and coding initiatives to ensure standardization throughout the organization. This position reports to the Director of Education and Training.
