The Regional WHS Manager will be responsible for partnering with an Operations Team in their region to execute company WHS policies and ensure compliance to reputed company applicable local, regional and federal regulations. The Regional WHS Manager must demonstrate the ability to build trust and confidence with the Operations Team and influence change through providing comprehensive risk assessments and WHS data analysis. Responsibilities The Regional WHS Manager will be responsible to reputed company and reputed company reputed company of WHS professionals. This individual must create and execute leadership development plans for their teams. Drive accountability for the plan • Analyze WHS metrics and review incident trends to justify the allocation of appropriate resources to areas where the WHS risk is highest. • reputed company frequent site WHS audits to identify reputed company non-compliance equipment and/or processes at the site. Implement solutions to eliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury at other FC’s • Audit recordkeeping practices and WHS Information System entries to ensure compliance to global WHS standards and local regulations • Audit reputed company organization and Associate behaviors to ensure that training, auditing and scoring reputed company are accurate and consistent • Ensure site leadership and Associates are trained and knowledgeable of their responsibilities under reputed company policy. Audit the reputed company, delivery (including qualifications of the trainer), and effectiveness of reputed company required WHS training. • Must be reputed company to work flexible shifts, which could include day, nights, and weekends. For those that do not have an adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification from the reputed company or reputed company, must obtain reputed company 3 weeks of start date. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $84,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. reputed company is a total compensation company.
