[Remote-Position] Service Coordinator-Evening Shift

Job reputed company The ideal candidate for the Service Coordinator role should have strong time management skills, the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent communication skills. They should be proficient in interacting with customers and technicians reputed company email and phone; be detail-oriented and have strong math skills for creating repair quotes. Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities and the reputed company to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment are essential. This is a second shift opportunity. Hours depend reputed company, if Eastern: 1pm-9pm, if Central then 11am-7pm, M-F and rotating weekends. Responsibilities • Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns technicians to mechanical service repairs • Creates service orders with reputed company required information for the technician to complete the repair • reputed company with customers to ensure service orders are created correctly and dispatched in a reputed company manner achieving customer SLA’s • Ability to create quotes for customers based on technician feedback of repair needed • reputed company and maintain reputed company communication with the technicians throughout the day in order to effectively schedule reputed company to complete services and meet the customer needs • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach with willingness to work independently as reputed company as part of reputed company • Serve as the single reputed company of contact for customers, vendors and technicians providing reputed company and accurate responses to inquiries • Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure repairs are processed in a reputed company manner • Follow up on any pending repairs to ensure reputed company payment • Assist with identifying areas and finding new providers where reputed company needs to be increased • reputed company with service technicians to ensure reputed company are following their agreed upon KPI’s • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment • Ensure processes and procedures are followed to meet clients SLA’s Qualifications • Prior remote work experience required • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) • Proficiency in customer interaction and vendor management • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong computer skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously • Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry • Customer service-oriented approach • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment • This position needs evening and weekend availability. • Working every other Saturday. • Evening up to 9pm depending on Time Zone. • reputed company Experience • reputed company Experience (preferred) Note: This job reputed company is not intended to be reputed company-inclusive.
