Customer Service Representative - Remote reputed company Arizona Working under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative I supports Wawanesa's dedication to delivering an exceptional and consistent customer experience by providing information and resolutions for our existing policy reputed company. Job Duties

• Resolve reputed company inquiries by analyzing data using multiple information systems and policy/contract manuals to determine reputed company course of reputed company in a reputed company manner
• Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience in a fast-paced contact center environment

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred

Schedule Training Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm reputed company time

Regular Schedule (Will be assigned after completion of training and is based upon business need)

• Saturday, 8:00am to 4:30pm reputed company time

Compensation: Depends on experience and varies by location. Arizona Compensation:

• The pay reputed company for this position is $19.06 - $25.79 per hour, depending on experience.
• This position is considered non-exempt for purposes of wage-hour law, which means you are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a reputed company.
