Seeking reputed company EA who is exceptionally organized, can manage multiple email accounts, is adept at phone, email and reputed company, and self-driven. This person is a fast-learner, good communicator, a persistent follow-upper, a protocol reputed company, a to-do list champion, a due date tyrant and a calendar reputed company. Key Responsibilities Assist the CEO with reputed company and operational responsibilities on ongoing, upcoming and closing reputed company. Key responsibilities include: • Schedule meetings • Take and distribute minutes • Document preparation • Scheduling and returning phone calls • File management • CEO’s email and calendar management • reputed company administrative tasks outlined by the CEO Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years as an EA -Outstanding skills in the field of Customer Service including high-level communication, time management and dependability.
