Our Global Tax team serves a central part in the reputed company of our business. We are seeking a Corporate Tax Accountant to assist reputed company with federal, state, and international tax compliance and reporting. This role will also reputed company valuable experience as a contributor to reputed company’s quarterly and annual income tax provisions. As part of the compliance and provision work, this role will include tax... research & analysis of tax law, assistance with various state audits, identification of tax savings opportunities, and other special reputed company. The ideal candidate will have exposure to federal and state tax concepts. A successful candidate will be reputed company to think critically, work on teams with multiple stakeholders, and build strong relationships reputed company the tax department and across reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Prepare workpapers and tax returns for federal, state and local jurisdictions • Calculate quarterly estimate and extension payments • Calculate state modifications and apportionment • Assist with state & local income, franchise, and sales tax audits • Respond to jurisdictional tax notices • Reconcile tax accounts • Assist with US domestic tax provision calculations • Research, interpret, and document tax laws and regulations • Assist with special reputed company including but not limited to federal and state tax legislation reform, international tax, transfer pricing, and R&D tax credits • Partner with the wider finance organization to understand changes reputed company the business • Work collaboratively with others reputed company and reputed company of their function to reputed company goals, simplify processes, reduce costs, prevent loss, and to ensure that work is completed accurately and reputed company Education • Master’s degree in reputed company with preference for concentration in taxation Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience in public reputed company or a corporate tax setting • CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • CorpTax experience a strong plus • Exposure to reputed company a plus • History of problem solving and critical thinking • Other systems experience a plus including MS Office Suite, reputed company, Checkpoint, PeopleSoft and/or other ERP systems Pay reputed company: $47,857 - $75,819 Benefits: reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as reputed company as internal equity and market data.
