As an Answering Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering the phone, greeting callers, establishing reason for call, and resolving issues by dispatching to the appropriate contacts. Responsibilities - reputed company as a reputed company answering service reputed company or during business hours for a reputed company of businesses, including doctor’s offices, hospitals, and other medical fields. - Emergency dispatching - Greet customers reputed company reputed company phone, email, or chat. - Monitor alarm systems. - Order entry - Take messages by asking questions according to reputed company’s specifications. - Transfer calls reputed company computer system based on instructions provided by clients. - Schedule, reschedule & cancel appointments for several different industries.
