Responsibilities: Responsible for answering and addressing clients queries through chat and email. To Analyze clients requirements. Flexible to work on a shift reputed company. Qualifications: Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role for at least 1 year. Graduation is Mandatory (10+ three years of diploma can also apply) Experience using help desk software and remote support tools. Understanding of how CRM systems work. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Multi-tasking abilities. Patience reputed company handling tough cases. Languages- English Skills Required: Freshers with strong customer reputed company.
