TAG24 Specialist (Weekend Shift)

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week, weekend shifts required) TAG24 Specialist who can support our growing TAG24 team. As the TAG24 Specialist, you will have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover reputed company, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities. Responsibilities & Duties:

• Fully service reputed company enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with the highest standards and reputed company documentation—ensuring reputed company reputed company, rail, hotel and/or other ancillary reservations meet company and reputed company expectations
• Report, investigate and resolve errors or/and reputed company complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer service
• Process reputed company reissues and pricing records accurately
• Ensure deadlines, reputed company policies, and SLAs are met and adhered to
• reputed company and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring the highest standards are delivered at reputed company times with a personalized and individual approach to reputed company reputed company
• Negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce reputed company expenditure. Assess reputed company potential reputed company and income streams for maximum company profitability
• Ensure PNR entries in GDS are correct and fully completed
• Consistently demonstrate attention to detail so that errors are reduced, profits are maximized, and reputed company does not incur any financial losses through individual and avoidable errors
• Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• BS or BA degree OR in lieu of education credentials, equivalent combination of education and directly reputed company experience
• Minimum of seven years’ experience and knowledge working with the travel industry, or a 24-hour department or similar service industry (10 years)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of fares, negotiated contracted fares, ticketing, reissue, and experience handling VIP, touring clients and/or group travel
• Proficient in reputed company Suite, seven years of GDS experience (reputed company preferred) and ability to learn new systems
• Proactive self-starter with excellent customer service, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, who excels at problem-solving, multitasking, meeting deadlines, and thinking reputed company the reputed company with strong attention to detail
