Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, statistics, or economics (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of reputed company experience in the areas of data/decision science, analytics, modeling data engineering, and/or other technical field and 4+ years of people management experience • Experience designing experiments, testing, and utilizing statistical principles to inform business reputed company • reputed company experience with reputed company inference and probabilistic models to support A/B testing • Advanced SQL knowledge • Proficient experience with statistical programming in R or Python Preferred Qualifications: • Masters or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, operations • Experience supporting employer marketplace products or other two-sided marketplaces. • Expert knowledge in the areas of ML, Statistics, and/or data engineering.
