POSITION reputed company Under the direction of a Physical Therapist (PT), the PTA provides reputed company services that have been delegated by the PT. RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the evaluation and development of a rehabilitative plan of care and periodic re-evaluation as required. Participates in the preparation of clinical and daily reputed company notes, reputed company notes are reviewed by the PT and submitted according to company policy. As directed, performs routine strengthening and therapeutic exercises and assist the patient with the use of self-help devices.
