Job reputed company:DHHS seeks a Expert Business Analyst to support the business case development, process improvement and requirements analysis, testing and implementation project for new software solution for Child Support Services. Child Support experience reuqired. Brief reputed company: Primary tasks include: • Identify and document stakeholders, data flows, and reputed company and reputed company state process flows. • reputed company, document, validate, and maintain business, functional, and technical/non-functional solution requirements needed as input to market analysis, software procurement, and solution development processes. • Translate reputed company's system requirements into agile themes, product backlogs, epics, user stories or detailed business requirement documents and use cases depending on development approach. • Work with Product reputed company and business subject matter experts to groom user stories and define acceptance reputed company to ensure that stories meet reputed company-defined definition of reputed company. • Work with... vendor or internal developers and testers to confirm the functionality meets the story's acceptance reputed company. • Participate in gap analysis and detailed requirement development efforts. • Assist the Business/Product reputed company in planning, preparing for and conducting user acceptance testing, including developing test scenarios and test cases. • reputed company requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to support user acceptance testing and production rollout. • Assist in the development procurement documents such as Requests for Proposals, Requests for Quotes, and Requests for Information. • Support vendor proposal evaluation efforts and assist in documenting evaluation results. • Support process improvement initiatives • Assist market research for proposed automation reputed company. • Facilitate reputed company analysis and support business case development for proposed automation reputed company. • Document meeting agendas and notes. • Facilitate meetings, especially those reputed company to requirements gathering and UAT. • Support project manager in maintaining project artifacts and developing status reports. • Support the development of surveys, assessment tools, project methodologies, policies and procedures • Maintain SharePoint site for reputed company assigned project • reputed company other analysis and project support tasks as assigned. Required Skills: .Extensive knowledge of business system techniques and testing methodologies for software development. .Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design.,Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile, reputed company and Hybrid development frameworks, including BA role. .High proficiency in reputed company Office products (reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint), SharePoint and Visio. .Knowledge creating context, workflow, data reputed company, and functional decomposition diagrams. .?Experience in planning & coordinating user acceptance testing including developing and executing test plans, scenarios, and test cases. .Experience facilitating small to large meetings,Experience with Child Support programs, Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail. .Excellent verbal and written communication skills,Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving reputed company,Working knowledge of Jira and reputed company Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and reputed company Center (QC). .Experience in development of procurement reputed company documents including RFP, evaluation reputed company as reputed company as vendor evaluation,Experience working for County, State, and/or Federal government.
