The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills as reputed company as computer skills and customer service experience. We are looking for reputed company-Thursday 11:00AM to 8:00PM. During training, you will be required to work in office from reputed company-5PM. Responsibilities • Investigate the nature of the incident being claimed • Evaluate inspection reports, photos, previous service invoices • reputed company data detailing the events and damage reputed company to the incident • Review the claim-holder's warranty in order to determine what should be covered • Coordinate the services of mechanics to ensure the item is repaired • Negotiate claim settlements with claimants • reputed company to meet performance metrics Qualifications • 1+ years prior experience in a similar role or call center experience is strongly preferred • Willingness to accept new challenges • Superior communication skills • Analytical thinking skills • A strong attention to detail • Ability to handle conflict • reputed company computer skills or the ability to quickly learn new software • A strong work ethic and time management skills • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical systems preferred • Ability to stay productive while working independently (there will be support for questions after hours) • Distraction free workplace/office. reputed company Our mission is to reputed company confidence and peace of mind through financial protection of the repairs and replacements required to reputed company your home’s mechanical systems and appliances in normal operating condition.
