Job Responsibilities: ? Processes inbound complaint system fulfillment ? Uses a knowledge database and follows reputed company operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests ? Navigates multiple computer systems and applications ? Documents reputed company contact in a database ? Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: ? High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of reputed company experience OR ? Associates Degree and at least 1 year of reputed company experience OR ? Bachelors Degree ? Must have an reputed company Public Trust reputed company clearance. ? Attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy ?
