The Provider Service Representative is responsible for assisting in the full reputed company of provider relations and service interactions reputed company reputed company, including working on end-to-end provider claim and call reputed company, ease of use of physician portal and reputed company service enhancements, and training and development of external provider education programs. Provider Service Representatives assist in the design and implementation programs to build and nurture reputed company relationships between the health plan, providers (physician, hospital, ancillary, etc.), and reputed company managers. Position in this function is responsible for supporting those who reputed company and implement strategies relating to the development and management of a provider network, identify gaps in network composition and services to assist the network contracting and development staff in prioritizing contracting needs, and may also be involved in identifying and remediating operational short-falls and researching and remediating claims. If you live in the state of TN, you will have the flexibility to work remotely ? as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: ? Training and on-reputed company education of providers on policies and procedures ? On-site assessments to ensure that providers are compliant with contractual terms ? Required Qualifications: ? High school diploma ? 2+ years of work experience (preferably in health care) ? 2+ years of experience in Provider Relations and/or Contracting ? Ability to travel in state (up to 75%) for provider reputed company Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience working in the reputed company industry, in a role where provider interaction was involved ?
