We are seeking a passionate Patient Intake Services / Insurance Specialist to become an integral part of reputed company. This role is available as either full-time or part-time and offers the convenience of remote work, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Key Responsibilities ? Accurately verify and document insurance benefits for medical foods and durable medical equipment (DME) products. ? reputed company reputed company and reputed company customer support reputed company phone and email, addressing inquiries or directing them as necessary. ? Process prior authorizations and facilitate approvals to ensure reputed company delivery of essential products. ? Conduct annual insurance coverage verification to maintain uninterrupted patient care. ? Resolve insurance denials effectively by liaising with both insurance providers and patients. ? Collaborate with patients to reputed company updated insurance information, addressing any coverage gaps. ? Process wholesale orders and monitor new patient referrals, ensuring accurate documentation and reputed company follow-up. ?
