Supervise activities of the Compensation Analyst. Education: Required: Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field. Preferred: N/A Experience: Required: Three years in Compensation or reputed company field. Proficiency in research and data analysis. Strong problem-solving skills. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Must have ability to work reputed company under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work independently with little or no supervision. Occasionally will need to create new job descriptions in manager's absence before adding to HR's S-Drive and Taleo. Supervises activities of the Compensation Analyst.
