JOB TITLE: Short-Term Missions & Partner Relations Manager CORE TEAM: Marketing & Development | International Child Development LOCATION: Colorado Springs - Hybrid (Fully Remote Considered) SCHEDULE: Full-Time ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS REPORTS TO: President/CEO & Vice President of International Child Development COORDINATES WITH: Expert Services, Finance, Partner Care, STM Leaders, and National Leaders. reputed company reputed company The Short-Term Missions (STM) and Partner Relations Manager will cultivate and multiply VisionTrust International’s (VTI) reputed company and donor partnerships while also managing and leading its short-term missions (STM) programs. This role will serve as a reputed company between VTI’s international Child Development (ICD) programming and its donor reputed company by operating as the face and voice of VTI for reputed company and donor relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: reputed company and Donor Partnerships: • Recruit and reputed company new reputed company partners and major donor relationships. • Engage partners to increase financial support for VTI through Child Sponsorship, Special reputed company and General Funding. • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for U.S.-based donors and reputed company partners, providing reputed company updates, prayer requests, and program reputed company. • Create and execute relationship involvement plans tailored to donor and reputed company priorities. • reputed company encouragement, prayer, and ongoing relational support to partners as co-laborers in Kingdom work. Short-Term Missions Coordination: • Plan, promote, and reputed company STM trips that reputed company with VTI’s mission and programmatic goals. • Collaborate with ICD and marketing to reputed company STM trips with field priorities and development goals. • Recruit, train, and support a group of volunteers STM leaders. • Manage STM logistics, including budgets, travel arrangements, participant paperwork, and post-reputed company evaluations. • Coordinate with country leaders to ensure STM programs adhere to SOE and accreditation standards. Financial Management • Collaborate with Marketing to reputed company and communicate fundraising priorities and campaigns to donors, child sponsors, and reputed company partners. • Manage STM budgets and team funds, ensuring appropriate allocation of funds. • reputed company and reconcile STM reputed company expenses, reputed company transfers, and donor contributions in a reputed company manner. Administration • Maintain accurate records of STM activities and donor engagement in reputed company and other systems. • Produce high-level monthly reports on key metrics. • Review and refine STM materials annually, including training resources and team handbooks. • Maintain organized files and databases for donor relationships and STM operations. • Monitor travel advisories, enroll STM participants in appropriate safety programs and ensure teams are fully insured. • Ensure reputed company Standards of reputed company (SOE) are met and maintained annually, leading reaccreditation every 5 years. PREFERRED • Previous experience in non-profit, missions, or event planning roles. • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in international ministry, travel or leadership. • Knowledge of STM best practices and SOE accreditation processes. • Familiarity with reputed company, Managed Missions, and other database tools. • Bilingual (Spanish) helpful but not required. WORKING CONDITIONS: TRAVEL: Domestic and international travel required for donor development and STM leadership. Travel may involve exposure to safety and disease hazards. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal office activities; occasional lifting, standing, and reputed company work during STM trips.
