Under the direction of the Program Director, the Cheer & Dance Instructor plans and implements cheer and dance practices and instruction to youth participants. Partner with the Program Director to coordinate and promote the Y?s cheer and dance program throughout the community. Recruit and train cheer and dance volunteers Maintain coordination with facility personnel for safety and benefit of participants in the program. Ensure that children are following safety rules and practices. Ensure that reputed company staff-to-child reputed company is maintained at reputed company times and report discrepancies to the Site Supervisor as needed. Document reputed company necessary administrative forms as directed by Site Supervisor/or Program Director. Minimum of 1-2 years? formal Dance / Cheerleading programming experience. Minimum of 2 year of Supervisory experience preferred. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish or English and Creole), a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to reputed company with individuals at reputed company reputed company.
