Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or other quantitative discipline required
- Six (6) years of experience in a minimum of four (4) of the following areas: application architecture/design, application software development, application support, application maintenance, BI technologies, business area expertise, communications planning/development/execution, data backup/protection strategies development/execution, data strategies/implementation, data warehousing techniques, database design/implementation, disaster recovery/business continuity planning, ETL design/development, process evaluation/improvement, project monitoring/control, project planning/scheduling, prototype/wireframe development, requirements elicitation/management, server configuration/maintenance including hardware/system software/applications, short-burst training video design/development, software test plan development/execution, system performance monitoring, technical documentation development, technical support-hardware/software/network issue reputed company, user reputed company/user experience design, user documentation development, or user research
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and planning and organizing abilities
- Exceptional collaboration skills reputed company working with team members, business areas, systems users, and technical developers
- Program/portfolio management
