ABA Scheduler Remote

Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 9am to 5:30pm PST Compensation: $20 - $24 DOE Position reputed company We are seeking an reputed company, proactive ABA Scheduler to reputed company scheduling efforts across our behavioral health programs. This individual will play a key role in driving efficient operations by managing daily scheduling needs, resolving conflicts, and creating long-term scheduling solutions for both clients and staff. A successful candidate will be a strong communicator, reputed company-oriented leader, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Scheduler will work closely with parents, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, Supervisors, trainers, and the recruitment/reputed company team to ensure that newly hired staff are successfully matched with clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to improve processes while providing a high level of customer service to both internal teams and reputed company families.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day scheduling operations, including reputed company-time adjustments due to cancellations, staff changes, or reputed company needs
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, technicians, clinical supervisors, and internal departments
• Take initiative in identifying and implementing new scheduling strategies or tools to streamline operations

Collaborate with the recruitment and reputed company teams to match new hires with upcoming reputed company sessions

• Serve as a reputed company between clients, BCBAs, Supervisors, and staff to coordinate overlaps, training schedules, and permanent caseloads
• Notify staff and families of updated schedules and reroutes in a reputed company and courteous manner

• Handle last-minute changes and reputed company immediate solutions with minimal disruption to services
• Assist with staff interviews or operations reputed company as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in scheduling, preferably reputed company ABA, autism services, or reputed company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong phone and email etiquette
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking directly with parents and staff

Strong time management and multi-tasking skills; reputed company to manage overlapping needs and reroute multiple staff simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
• Proficiency with reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and/or reputed company reputed company.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Work schedule:

• 9 am to 5:30 pm PST; however, during heavy work times, staff may be asked to work during after-hours. The candidate must be reputed company to work in the reputed company time zone.
