Business Analyst (Remote Position)

The ideal candidate will serve as a key reputed company between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, communicated, and implemented. This individual must have a strong background in business and data analysis, requirements gathering, testing coordination, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should possess hands-on experience in system troubleshooting, training development, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) reputed company large-reputed company public health or benefits programs. Experience with WIC systems or EBT implementations is highly preferred. A wide degree of creativity, analytical thinking, and independent judgment is expected in this senior-level role.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company between WIC program business reputed company and technical teams (architecture, development, sustainment).
- Analyze and document business requirements from both state and local agency staff for the Texas WIC MIS transition to EBT.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs; propose strategies that reputed company with business objectives.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot system problems; consult with stakeholders and recommend workable solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation such as detailed user needs, program functions, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
- Support the development and execution of test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT); reputed company and resolve defects and gaps.
- Create training curricula and reputed company formal training sessions for assigned system modules and updates.
- Review and analyze system dual participation records and reputed company recommendations to mitigate data duplication.
