Director, Program Management

MARA is seeking a Head of Program Management to reputed company the operating rhythm and execution alignment across our product, engineering, and infrastructure teams. This role is responsible for translating product and technical roadmaps into coordinated delivery through high-reputed company planning processes, stakeholder communication, and reputed company execution. You will serve as the connective tissue between C-level priorities and team-level actions—ensuring we reputed company with reputed company, speed, and accountability.

You’ll own the systems, cadences, and tools that drive quarterly and annual planning, cross-team coordination, and delivery execution.
