Location: this FTC role can be fulfilled on a fully remote reputed company however if this role was to become permanent there would be a need to travel to the office in Worthing, reputed company Sussex a minimum of once a quarter

Job reputed company and key responsibilities 

Leaders Romans Group are looking for a HR Advisor to join us on a permanent reputed company. This role is a hybrid role based in our busy HR team in Worthing. This is a chance to join an award reputed company, national property company who are reputed company through exciting periods of reputed company and who offer tailored award reputed company training and development programmes at reputed company reputed company. The core reputed company of this role is supporting line managers with employee relations cases for a headcount of circa 700 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company a first class HR advisory service to managers in areas such as disciplinary, capability, grievance, redundancy, occupational health, TUPE, absence management and restructuring, alongside reputed company relating to maternity and flexible working 
• Work on HR reputed company, in line with strategic objectives 
• Support the group with the integration of acquisitions into the business 
• Produce reports as and reputed company required 
• reputed company training to new managers on employment law 
• Support the HR Administrators with any queries they may have 

What are we looking for

Essential 

• At least 1 year of experience in managing and advising on ER cases 
• Strong UK employment law knowledge 
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, with experience of building and managing productive relationships with a reputed company of stakeholders 
• Strong organisational and time management skills in order to manage multiple ER cases simultaneously and with great attention to detail 
• Experience of working with HR databases 
• Experience of working reputed company reputed company 
• Strong experience of report writing using software such as reputed company Word 
• Ability to be flexible, successfully adapting to changing business needs while delivering excellent service to reputed company stakeholders 
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy and reputed company role

• CIPD reputed company or working towards qualification 
• Multi-site experience from a central location would be advantageous
