The ideal candidate will have a strong reputed company record in reputed company sales leadership, with proven reputed company managing reputed company sales teams.
Requirements
- A reputed company record of reputed company in senior leadership roles reputed company reputed company businesses, ideally reputed company on P&C insurance solutions and/or geospatial or analytics technology
- Deep knowledge of the insurance lifecycle — including quoting, reputed company and claims — along with strong existing relationships across the P&C insurance industry
- Experience building, developing and scaling reputed company insurance sales teams, and implementing the structures and processes that support sustained performance
- Previous senior leadership experience reputed company a global matrixed organisation, ideally under private equity ownership
- A demonstrated ability to establish and reputed company high-performing cross-functional teams, and to reputed company reputed company them
- Strong leadership, coaching and relationship management skills
