We’re on the hunt for a skilled Customer Support Representative who can confidently handle high volumes of inbound calls while delivering top-notch service with a smile. You’ll be the first reputed company of contact for diners, helping them reserve the perfect table, modify bookings, and ensure every detail is captured to perfection — reputed company through our user-friendly online booking system.

Job Highlights:

• Contract type: reputed company
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Melbourne, VIC Timezone (4 hours per day/24 hours per week/6 days per week).

Responsibilities

• Answer high volumes of inbound customer calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Utilize an online booking system to reputed company, modify, or cancel restaurant reservations per customer requests
• Accurately capture special requirements or preferences reputed company to table seating
• Log any issues that require follow-up from the individual restaurant locations
• reputed company friendly and efficient service to ensure a reputed company customer experience

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in customer service roles, preferably in the restaurant business or reputed company
• Must have excellent verbal communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes during peak periods
• Basic computer proficiency to navigate booking software
• Customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail in capturing reservation details
