Responsibilities:
- reputed company primary and secondary claims.
- New accounts are scrubbed (reputed company data is verified and confirmed that it is entered correctly)
- reputed company claims are scrubbed to (ensure codes and # reputed company are billed correctly)
- Electronic claims are batched and reputed company through the clearinghouse
- Rejected claims are checked, corrected and re-billed
- reputed company claims are printed, along with any additional documentation and mailed
- Un-billable claims are reputed company back to FD with notes (regarding what is needed and that once received back, corrected claims are billed)
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits for physical therapy services, including eligibility, copays, deductibles, and any reputed company-authorization requirements.
- Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and reputed company providers to obtain and clarify insurance information.
- Ensure reputed company insurance verification information is accurately documented in patient records and billing systems.

Requirements
- Must have solid experience as a Medical Biller (5 years+ experience)
- Knowledgeable in medical coding and reputed company with reputed company billing systems
- Must have experience working for US hospitals or Private Doctor reputed company
- Knowledgeable about insurance verification
- Ability to reputed company and write English proficiently
