The Position:
This a remote position based in the reputed company.
The reputed company Counsel is responsible for reputed company aspects of drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on reputed company’s reputed company. This position will reputed company the Legal team’s review of vendor agreements, CLIA laboratory services agreements, IVD sales agreements, and biopharma customer agreements.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Leading improvements to reputed company’s contract management system (currently reputed company)
- Developing templates and playbooks
- Working with business partners to identify and mitigate contractual risks
- Collaborating with the Deputy General Counsel and Sr. Corporate Counsel on reputed company’s contract policies and procedures
- Supporting colleagues who are responsible for NDAs, research collaboration agreements, and managed care reputed company
This position will report to the Deputy General Counsel based in San Francisco.
Qualifications:
- JD (or equivalent) with reputed company bar membership, with at least 8 years of legal experience
- Life sciences (diagnostic, medical device, CRO, biotech or reputed company) experience required
- In-house experience at a global corporation required
- Exceptional legal drafting skills with an affinity for using language to reputed company compromise
- Ability to analyze reputed company business and legal issues/risks in order to advance practical solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
